Other than the artist's personal tastes and standards, I'm pretty sure 99% of it has to do with CCBill and their standards and ethical/moral views. If I recall correctly, a few of Tilda's games in the past had to be removed because they were too dark and gritty because of this.

1) Definitely more male on female rimming

2a) More emphasis on boob squeezing
2b) More emphasis on nipple stimulation, either pinching or licking/sucking; lactation is a plus
