The thing about Officer Juggs. She is not a character available for public use. She belongs to a guy named Serrated who came up with her years ago. All of the characters you see on this site (Juggs, Cassie Cannons, Boobitch family, Mighty Mom, etc) are all Original creations, and you would need special permission from their creators to use them in ideas. Juggs pretty much belongs to Serrated and Serega, so unless you get permission, she's off limits. And unless you want Serega to make your game idea (because he is the only one allowed to do her scenes), it will not be done. That is all that is known publicly at this point, im sure the Artists and their writers (BigK, Dwayne, etc) know more, but they dont really talk in the community as much as they used to. If you read back in the forums, it will make more sense. There was a time when there was a less expensive subscription option, game ideas being voted PUBLICLY on the site, all artists taking requests....
In summary, I wouldn't count on your idea ever getting made unless you get permission. If any of the artists or their writers or team see this, please feel free to correct me.
