Is there a way I can talk to Serrated?

I know this may be a shot in the dark but I was wondering if I can talk to Serrated about an idea a few good fans and I had about his characters. If anything, his input and overall view on how the characters should be would be greatly appreciated by his feedback.

I work with Serrated for my own content so I could always pass on a message if need be. I think he's been done with MnF for a long time though, and probably isn't particularly interested in responding. So I can't promise anything or speak directly for him.
My understanding is that Juggs is the only character he has a personal vested interest in maintaining the integrity of as far as his MnF creations go. He doesn't want others using her without explicit permission as she is a particular type of character that he wants to see done justice. Whereas his other MnF creations can be used however people see fit, as they have been for some time now. Though I'm sure he'd prefer it if they too stayed in line with his original vision for them.

Well the one thing I wanted to ask him was how he felt about a Officer Juggs and Mrs.Claus crossover, what would be an idea he would have on it and how he would like Juggs to act since Claus is free game to use and write.

@mugen64, at least, I believe that's what's been happening here for the last 2 or so years... Whether he'd like to maintain full control of them or not. Juggs, however, is the one character he holds above the rest though. He has a personal attachment to her and doesn't want her portrayal to stray from his original vision.

I mean, I can pass it along, but I'm pretty sure his stance is that he just doesn't want anyone else using Juggs without his blessing, period. So he probably has no interest in collaborating on such a game. Especially if it's just a concept for an idea that's not actually confirmed to be in production.
