So i wanted to submit my story for elica Hoonkers 2 to Sergea but some people say I have to onky submit to Vadmins ? Is this true ? Or can I have part 2 in Sergea art from ?

Yes, you can but it's gonna be hard to beat Serrated's idea.

In theory yes. In practice probably not.
The artists tend to be particular about that.
