Probably not for a while yet.

Since you're new, the way it works is that people write a script for their ideas and then submit them for a vote. With each submission period they specify which artist will be making the winning idea. For example, the winner of current round will be made by Kosmos.

Serrated, the guy who writes all of the Officer Juggs games, is still working on part two, or maybe he's already finished it and is now just waiting for the next Serega round to submit it.
