Question on whether a character is Ok to use for a story idea

So i know that monsters and beasts are a no go on here, but what about humanoids that have some animal traits to them? I had an idea using Sayians from Dragon Ball and their Super Sayian 4 form as the look. They have fur and Tails but look human enough in their desgin? Is it alright or no.
