Mrs. Claus is preparing her special annual Xmas cookies for Santa, but this year she feels they might go unappreciated by him. She decides to offer them to Sparky this year instead. However, a mischievous new female elf this year, Tinker, sneaks in and can't say no to one of Mrs. Claus' treats.
