I like the additions to change this into 2 parts.
One quick point to keep in mind is that due to the rules this site uses that any future parts that you come up with you would need to make sure that any lustfuls that appear with the intention of using in a sex scene will need to appear human (the artists might allow for some leeway but that would be down to them). I only mention this as at appears that you are using the lustful as a stand in for the heartless at the moment and I had to modify my idea that was previously made due to this rule as the original design wasn't human enough.

Yeah I know the site no longer abides to the rule of non-human characters. I don't plan to use any non-humanoid ones for sex scenes and just leaving the beastly ones for cutscenes. If I end up using a Lustful for a sex scene I might ask for a design closer to Ansem Seeker of Darkness (since he's a heartless himself, but is human)
